Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 tablespoons toasted Griopro® cricket powder
  • 1/4 cup sprouted almonds
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 6 pitted dates
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 1 tbs cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut for rolling
  • 1/8 tsp himalayan fine pink salt
  • 1/8 tsp fresh vanilla bean finely chopped

Directions:

  1. Chop almonds and walnuts set aside in a bowl
  2. Chop the dates and mash into a paste. Add to chopped nuts.
  3. Fold in remaining ingredients and form bite size balls.
  4. Roll balls in coconut flakes either on a cutting board or a bowl.
  5. Optional: fold in some coconut along with rolling them for the coconut exterior.
