- 1 scoop (about 1/2 cup) of Griopro® Cricket Powder
- 5 cups of coconut milk
- 1 cup of blueberries
- 1 cup of strawberries
- 1 banana
- 2 teaspoons of honey
- 1 teaspoon of flaxseed
- Add half of the banana, the assorted berries, flaxseed, and half of the coconut milk to your blender. Then start blending at high speed until everything is smooth.
- Add the other half of the banana and coconut milk along with the honey. Blend on high speed.
- Finally add the Griopro® Cricket Powder and continue blending until everything is fully mixed.
- Enjoy your protein-boosted smoothie!
