  • 1 scoop (about 1/2 cup) of Griopro® Cricket Powder
  • 5 cups of coconut milk
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1 cup of strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 2 teaspoons of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of flaxseed


  1. Add half of the banana, the assorted berries, flaxseed, and half of the coconut milk to your blender. Then start blending at high speed until everything is smooth.
  2. Add the other half of the banana and coconut milk along with the honey. Blend on high speed.
  3. Finally add the Griopro® Cricket Powder and continue blending until everything is fully mixed.
  4. Enjoy your protein-boosted smoothie!
