Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Griopro® Cricket Powder
- 1/3 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced tofu
- 1/3 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup chopped kale
- 2 cups water
- Olive oil
- Feta cheese
Directions:
- Sauté onions and peppers with olive oil lightly for a few minutes.
- Add the Griopro® Cricket Powder, tofu and water in a non-stick pan at low heat.
- Continue mixing and sautéing for 10-15 minutes or until desired consistency.
- When finally cooked, top with fetta cheese or other toping, sauce or seasoning as desired.
