  • 1 tbsp of Griopro® Cricket Powder
  • 3 tbsp of coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp of almond milk
  • 1 ripped banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon


  1. In a mug, crush a half banana and bruise it with a fork until smooth, add the honey and the coconut oil.
  2. Stir with a fork to combine and then whisk in the egg.
  3. Stir in the almond milk.
  4. Add the coconut flour, Griopro® Cricket Powder and a pinch of cinnamon. Beat the batter until smooth.
  5. Microwave at full power for about 1 minute 30 seconds.
  6. As a decoration, you can add some shredded coconut, almond powder, the rest of your banana and some honey.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes. Et voilà, groooaar bon appétit your paleo mug cake is ready!
